missingWrote a review on Dec 08leaky bathroomno mini fridge
i thought Palais Shazam & Spa would be opulent, but i was appalled! the bathroom was leaking, making it a slippery disaster. i also expected a mini fridge in the room, yet there was none. with such inconveniences, i woudl ve appreciated a room upgrade, but clearly, they don't prioritize comfort for special guests. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Staying at this riad was an absolute delight! The beautiful, well-decorated courtyard and refreshing pool provided an ideal retreat after long days exploring the nearby attractions like the Medersa Bouanania and Ibn Danan Synagogue, both just a short walk away. The breakfast was always fresh, and the staff, especially Mohammed and Hassan, were incredibly helpful in offering tips and ensuring a wonderful experience.

Hassan and Mohammed were the most good hosts! The fine mountain view from our Double Room made every morning a visual treat. Plus, the breakfast was fresh and delicious-we couldn't have asked for more!

Rooftop terrace view turns sunsets into a postcard moment. Stunningly decorated room adds charm to the stay.
The hammam didn't offer the relaxing experience I hoped for-loud conversations behind walls and bright lights ruined the vibe.

great service but minor bathroom issues
The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and friendly. The food was freshly made and delicious, truly a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located, just a minute's walk from the old medina, making it easy to explore. The mountain view from my room was a stunning way to wake up each morning.
However, the bathroom had some minor maintenance issues that affected my experience.
